Job Description

Title : Quality Inspector ( Night Shift - Weekdays)

Reports To : Quality Assurance Manager with dotted line to Quality Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Run CMM Machines
Final visual inspection of HPG customer products
Follow strict inspection protocol in performing inspection
Analyze data to ensure conformance of parts to design intent, dimensional requirements, blueprints and other specifications
Communicate inspections results to other departments within the company
Calibration of measuring equipment
Final product packaging
Provide training to new employees as required
Maintain safe and clean workspace
Ensure timely completion of all quality requirements / documents
Perform other tasks within the department as required

Requirements

One year of related experience preferred.

Ability to take precise measurements using specialized equipment and techniques.

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
