What You’ll Do

• Assist with the management of land development projects from acquisition to final assumption, acting as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Building / Architecture, Government Authorities, Consulting team and Contractors.
• Apply technical engineering, planning and business skills to real land development projects immediately.
• Quickly develop and refine project coordination skills through practical applications on projects in preparation for a management role.
• Broaden business acumen with exposure to complementary functions such as sales, marketing, construction and customer service.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $57,500 – $87,500. Board level bonus opportunities are also provided. Actual pay may vary based on experience and performance.
