Individual Program Planning (IPP) Teacher

Partnering with BrightPath Childcare locations, we deliver Alberta Education-approved kindergarten programs and inclusive early childhood support services. About the Role

The individual program planning (IPP) teacher supports children with individualized needs by writing and managing IPPs, and working collaboratively with classroom teams and support staff.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Individual Program Plans (IPPs) tailored to each child's developmental goals.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, educational assistants, and other professionals to ensure each child’s success.
• Build trusting relationships with children, caregivers, and team members.
• Complete essential documentation : IPPs, transition plans, and referrals.
