As a Resource Mobilization Advisor, you'll have the chance to partner with the New Bright Community Development Center. In this impactful role, you will play a key part in enhancing the organization’s ability to advance its initiatives and secure the funding needed to support its vital mission.

As a volunteer, you will :

• Conduct thorough and systematic research to identify and evaluate prospective donors who align with our organization’s mission and values, ensuring a strategic approach to cultivating meaningful relationships.
• Create, draft, and refine compelling concept notes and proposals that articulate our initiatives and objectives, clearly demonstrating the impact of potential funding and how it aligns with the goals of prospective donors.
• Formulate and develop comprehensive strategies for resource mobilization that leverage various funding sources, enhancing our capacity to meet organizational goals and sustain our programs over the long term.
• Implement a robust donor management system that enables effective tracking, communication, and stewardship of donor relationships, streamlining processes to enhance engagement and reporting on contributions.
• Enhance staff skills through targeted training programs in grant writing and resource mobilization, empowering team members to effectively communicate our vision and secure necessary funding.
