- Manage daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process.
- Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in the appropriate day book, supplier ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Balance the books to the trial balance stage.
- Conduct partial audits of the posting process.
- Input data, and maintain records, reports, and financial statements.
- Handle accounts receivable / payable and manage payroll promptly.
- Perform any other related tasks.

2 to 3 years of professional experience as an accountant, preferably in the transportation sector.Practical experience with spreadsheets and specialized software.Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.Proficiency in English.Desired profile
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.Strong grasp of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable / receivable principles.Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
