Tasks
Install and overhaul heating systemsInstall ventilation, air handling and air conditioning systemsMeasure and lay out reference points for installationTroubleshoot heating systemsTroubleshoot ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systemsAssemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning componentsCoach and instruct apprenticesMeasure, cut and connect piping using welding and brazing equipmentProvide customer serviceStart up system and test for leaks using testing devicesPerform maintenance such as, recharging system with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators or calibrating systemHandle, recover and store refrigerantsRepair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation or heat pump systemsCredentials
