Key Responsibilities :

• Source, headhunt, and engage top technical talent using innovative search strategies
• Conduct in-depth interviews and position candidates for success with our clients
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within your industry vertical
• Qualify job requirements with Account Managers and hiring leaders
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from outreach to offer
• Stay ahead of market trends and use data to influence recruitment strategy
• Develop and execute a business plan for your sector to drive personal revenue growth
• Cultivate long-term relationships with both candidates and clients built on trust and follow-through
