Responsibilities

Works closely with the CTO Strategy, Portfolio & Operations Team and supports the Technology Business Manager in delivering core business activities as part of a hub and spoke model from the broader Technology Strategy & Operations (S&O) function.

  • Support Technology Strategy Development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize technology strategies that align with business objectives
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the development of multi-year technology vision and strategic roadmaps that support long-term business and organizational goals
  • Conduct business analysis that supports strategic initiatives and business operations, such as undertaking gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements, developing cross-functional use cases for emerging technology solutions
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and in / external engagements, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets (e.g. Demo Days, Hackathon, technology-related activations within / external stakeholders)
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to technology owners

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, technology strategy, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technology trends.
  • Experience driving end-to-end project management, from planning to delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear, high-impact communications to executives, managers, employees, and business partners
