Int. – Sr. Securities Paralegal – Downtown Vancouver

The ideal candidate will have :

• At least 5 years of securities paralegal experience
• Experience with SEDI and SEDAR
• Paralegal diploma
• Ability to draft issuing documents, reports, prospectuses, etc.
• Strong organization and analytical skills

Salary : $90,000 – $120,000 per year dependent on experience.
