We’re a warm, creative family of five (plus our very friendly golden retriever!) living in beautiful Lions Bay, BC. We’re looking for a full-time, live-in Au Pair to be part of our little world.
We have a bright and imaginative 3-year-old daughter who attends a Montessori daycare during the week, and we’ve just welcomed identical twin baby boys into our family. Life is full, joyful, and a little hectic—in the best way—and we’re hoping to find someone kind, patient, capable, mature, with initiative, who is comfortably and confidently hands-on to help with family life as we navigate this new chapter.
We truly value the idea of cultural exchange and want this to be a positive experience for you as well. Whether you’re hoping to improve your English, explore the area, or develop new hobbies, we’re committed to creating a supportive environment where you can grow, learn, and feel at home, and in turn provide insights and expansion to our daughter's cultural world. We’re global travellers with creative careers, and our home is filled with curiosity, storytelling, and plenty of laughter.
We are looking for help with meal prep, housework such as washing, cleaning, vacuuming / mopping etc, an extra pair of hands with the babies, daycare pick-up / drop-off, and care, attention, and imaginative and creative play and interaction with our three-year-old.
You’ll have your own large private room with an en-suite bathroom and all the comforts you need. We’re open to both short-term and long-term arrangements—what matters most is finding the right fit for everyone.
