Senior Full-Stack Developer

Abbotsford, BC | Full-time | In-office

Clearbridge is looking for a senior full-stack developer who loves turning business problems into modern, reliable applications and who brings a thoughtful and proactive approach to their work. This role is hands-on and built for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and collaborating directly with stakeholders. You will work on a mix of short-term builds and long-term projects, taking features from idea to design to deployment with confidence and clarity.

We are looking for someone who not only builds well but also communicates well, thinks ahead, and contributes positively to how a development function operates. If you enjoy taking strong ownership in your role and influencing how things are built and delivered, you will thrive here.

What you will do the majority of the time

• Building, expanding and maintaining web apps using a variety of technologies. We often have the chance to work on brand new projects that can be built and finished in weeks, or long-term projects spanning years.
• Communicating directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate changes.
