We are currently seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement. The successful candidate will possess effective communication and leadership abilities, and a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving market trends.
Role and responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive acquisition and retention of retailing partners, and foster patient loyalty.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creative process and manage integrated campaigns across channels (B2B and B2B2C), including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Team Management: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team to foster creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Communication: Understand and represent patient and health professional personas to ensure messaging is accurate and impactful.
- Industry Trends: Monitor industry developments and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Results Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. MBA or Master’s degree is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Experience leading a marketing team is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French; all communications and marketing deliverables target accounts across and outside of Quebec.
- Collaborative mindset with willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute tactically as well as strategically.
- Ability to create high-end, visually appealing designs that reflect good taste and sophistication.
- Results-oriented with ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience working in a small team or company is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both in a team and independently.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in cosmetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
