Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse (RPN / RN) to join our client's team in Belleville, ON. In this role you will provide expert medical support in a manufacturing environment, focusing on injury assessment, medical testing, and employee wellness. This role requires strong clinical skills, knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, and the ability to collaborate with employees and management to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Provide nursing care and support in compliance with professional standards for RPN / RN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.Assess and treat minor and major occupational injuries commonly occurring in a manufacturing setting.Conduct medical testing including audiograms, spirometry, and basic physical assessments / examinations.Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.Apply knowledge of First Aid, ALS, and BLS in daily occupational health practices.Support WSIB and Manulife Disability processes, as well as basic accommodation and return-to-work planning.Ensure compliance with OSHA, Ministry of Labour guidelines, and internal safety policies.Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and other relevant software to manage medical records and reports.Maintain professional liability insurance and adhere to all regulatory requirements.Qualifications :
Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.ALS / BLS certification required.First Aid knowledge and experience in treating occupational injuries.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe; comfortable with basic technological systems.Knowledge of WSIB, Manulife Disability processes, OSHA, Ministry of Labour regulations, and workplace accommodation procedures.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Professional liability insurance required.Must be eligible to travel to the USA for training & certificationsMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
