Adecco is currently hiring a full-time skilled and detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer to join our client's creative team in Richmond Hill, ON. In this role you will be responsible for executing all daily production work from multiple business lines. You will provide support to the Client Services teams and ensures deliverables are produced on time and meet SLA (service level agreement) requirements. The production process includes initial setup through final print ready files.

Your expertise in graphic design and production processes will contribute to the creation of impactful marketing materials, advertisements, and other creative assets. If you're passionate about design and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Pay Rate : $25.64-$35.90 (based on experience)
  • Location : Richmond Hill, ON
  • Shift : 8 : 30 am to 5 pm | Monday to Friday
  • Job type : Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contract

  • Responsibilities :

  • Create printed financial documents in line with established design guidelines
  • Review and proof graphics, layouts, and fonts for accuracy
  • Format logo files, client brand colours, and any original imagery to meet specs
  • Provide design services that meet customer and internal business requirements and quality standards
  • Continuously look for ways to improve team policies, guidelines, quality controls and procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge of graphic design trends and participate in ongoing skill development programs
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from three-year college or technical school; and one or more years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, type, and colour.
  • Experience delivering functional design proofs with a strong working knowledge of printing technologies, including full-colour and offset printing.
  • Experience working in a PC environment is also required, as well as proficiency in HTML and responsive email design. In addition using Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of how the production designers work together to successfully achieve their individual and team goals and objectives.
  • Basic understanding of the financial services industry to support continuous improvement and project related activities effectively.
  • Coordinating tasks and / or checking on completion and quality of work
  • Being a confident self-contributor and managing an individual workload in the context of a shared team workload.
  • Respond to and resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience
  • Developed communication skills to be able to provide clear verbal and / or written communications in response to internal and external client requests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude, maintaining professionalism, and a focus on quality.
