About the Role

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of HR functions while providing front-line support to employees and leaders. This role combines technical HRMS expertise with hands-on HR generalist responsibilities across the entire employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• HR Systems, Data & Process Administration

Learn, support, and administer the UKG HR system, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) and applying sound judgment to troubleshooting and user support.

Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, interpreting HR policies, procedures, and programs in a consistent and practical manner.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for production roles, including candidate assessment, interview support, and hiring documentation.

Apply employment legislation and internal policies to support consistent and compliant people practices.

Support compensation-related processes by applying established guidelines and ensuring accurate documentation for production roles.
