Description de posteResponsible for delivering corporate reporting and BI projects. Transformation of business needs into BI solutions. Design, build, and deploy BI reporting solutions. Maintain and support data analytics and corporate reporting. Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting. Evaluate, improve, and upgrade existing BI systems. Provide data analysis via the execution of database queries. Create visualizations and reports for requested projects. Develop and update technical documentation. Maintain workplace professionalism and contribution to team‑related efforts. Follow corporate business policies and procedures. Business analysis and requirements gathering. Business process improvement and implementation. Other duties as required. Post secondary education in Computing Sciences, Information Technology or related field, is an asset. 7-10+ years as a Business Intelligence Experience preferably in the automotive and / or insurance industry is required. Cognos V11 is required. Cognos 10 is an asset. Cognos V11 Framework Manager is required. Cognos V11 Administration is required. Cognos V11 Report Studio is required. Cognos V11 Dashboards is required. Cognos SDK is an asset. SQL is required. OLAP is required. Cognos Transformer is required. Cognos Impromptu is required. Data Engineering is an asset. Data Modeling is an asset. Data Warehousing is an asset. IBMi is an asset. Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) is required. Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication is required. Fluent in French with proven competencies in verbal and written communication is an asset. Successful completion of a criminal background check, education verification, license and certification verification (where applicable), and employment reference checks is required before employment.
