Type : Full-Time | Primarily In-Office | Some Site Work Required

Compensation : $30–$36 / hour (depending on experience)

They operate in both the renewable energy space and traditional electrical contracting, and are in the process of expanding into a larger facility to support continued growth. The Opportunity

We’re recruiting an experienced Electrician who’s looking for more than just a traditional field role. This is a unique position blending electrical work with opportunities to contribute to project planning, development, and potentially sales support—depending on your strengths and interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical work for commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects.
• Work closely with project managers, estimators, and sales staff to ensure projects are properly planned and executed.
• Contribute to developing electrical layouts and plans that field crews can implement effectively.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements, assess requirements, and help translate designs into practical solutions.
• Participate in pre-construction and project development activities to improve overall project readiness and efficiency.
• Support troubleshooting and resolve issues during installations or project execution.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency on all projects.
