A leading eyecare provider in Grande Prairie is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and during pre-testing duties. This full-time role requires 30-40 hours per week, availability Monday to Saturday, including evenings and weekends. Candidates should have a passion for people, experience in customer service, and strong computer skills. You will play a critical role in enhancing patient interaction and experience within a dynamic environment.
