Job Description :

Act as a Lead Business Analyst supporting the delivery of CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) solutions. Play a central role in the transformation initiative-migrating from a legacy system to Fenergo 10x. Contribute across the full CRM ecosystem; must be solution-agnostic and adaptable across product components.

Key Attributes & Expectations :

Strong self-starter with minimal need for oversight-expected to ramp up quickly.

Preferred to have experience in configuration tasks and be familiar with the latest platforms / tools.

Ability to reduce managerial overhead and proactively navigate learning curves.

Technical Environment & Tools :

Fenergo is the backbone of the CLM solution-familiarity or expertise is a significant advantage.

The solution extends beyond Fenergo involving extensive integrations across systems.

Core BA / Systems Analyst Skills :

Proficient in requirements elicitation documentation and validation.

Skilled in writing user stories flow diagrams and maintaining requirements traceability.

Understand and translate end-to-end user needs into actionable features and improvements.

Project Methodologies & Domain Knowledge :

Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.

Must have a strong foundation in Client Lifecycle Management and Client Onboarding processes.

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for documentation and task tracking.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Partner with internal tech teams and external stakeholders for seamless integration.

Analyze change impacts across interconnected systems and coordinate with the right SMEs.

Understand data mapping integration points and event triggers to ensure alignment across the ecosystem
