Our client is a firm in the field of damage insurance brokerage, both for individuals and businesses. In full expansion, it needs insurance professionals like you to join a stimulating team in a magnificent office full of activities located in Montreal, in the St-Léonard sector.

What we offer

Permanent employment

A competitive salary of $65,000 per year

Advantageous commissions on the retention and growth of your $$$ module. Possibility of raising more than $20,000 per additional year

A work-life balance

Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends!!!

Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

Parking on site or accessible by public transport

Working for an independent insurer offering around 20 different insurers

What you bring

You are recognized for your negotiation and persuasion skills, to negotiate with different insurers

You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales

Manage a customer base of 1.5 to 3 million

Work with various companies, SMEs and large companies in areas such as restaurants, hotels, condos, retailers, construction, etc.

You have ease in expressing yourself and communicating

You are customer-oriented and action-oriented

A sense of solution, support, escalation and upselling

• Carry out modifications, pricing, loyalty and solicitation during incoming calls;
• Work on renewals and carry out updates by professionally advising policyholders;

Shop for quotes from our different insurers.

Respond to calls from policyholders with questions regarding their file.

Who are you ?

You have an AMF certificate (required)

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a personal damage insurance broker, with module management

Energetic and compassionate, you have good communication skills and know how to put people at ease

You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation

You have a reliable home internet connection to ensure your voice is heard

Bilingualism (French / English) required

You have computer skills to navigate several software programs, all on 2 screens
