Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring smooth process flow within JD Edwards. Ensuring IT break / fixes are managed effectively and managing the Customer Pricing, Terms, Prepay and program reconciliations. A subject matter expert in the areas above results in limited downtime and the correct end result allowing proper financial visibility to the business.

Required Experience / Knowledge (to be able to perform this job) :

• Business certificate in business, accounting, business operations or other related field
• 1 or more years of experience in accounting or business operations
• Strong user of the Microsoft suite of products
• Strong knowledge and confidence with technology and computer programs
