Rates & Premiums

• Will be provided a base hourly rate from $26.50 / hour to $31 / hour based on experience
• Operators will be eligible to receive premiums starting at $6 / hour, when working night shift and operating class 1 equipment
• Operators will be eligible to receive a premium up to $14 / hour when performing winter operations as a Class 1 operator and while operating the tow plow unit
• Extended health, dental, pension and RSP provided by CLAC
