Description de posteWorking cross functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales Participate in driving customer value, above and beyond sales Assisting team members with related duties such as special deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning; special projects as required or assigned Keying orders, route verifications, handling customer inquiries in a timely manner Display competence, courtesy, and professionalism at all times Support and maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.’s quality standards Grade 12 or equivalent Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner is essential Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must Strong time-management, organizational, analytical and leadership skills Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities Bilingual (French) an asset (not a requirement)

Overview of the role
Saputo Dairy Products Canada is seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative. Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, this role will act as a Company ambassador and liaison between our valuable customers and internal departments, in a fast-paced, team environment.
Salary
Minimum $21.50 per hour (schedule : Monday-Saturday). Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
