About the job :

In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, the Network Systems Analyst performs a variety of duties to ensure the provision of effective implementation, maintenance and support of complex network systems consisting of local area, wide area, telephone, and telecommunications networks, and associated equipment such as routers, switches, hubs, and cabling throughout Interior Health.

This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining Interior Health’s AWS cloud-based contact center platform and ensuring seamless integration with nurse call systems across the region. Core responsibilities include system deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of AWS call center technologies and contact center technologies, as well as managing interoperability between enterprise VoIP platforms. The role requires expertise in contact center applications, VoIP telephony, and system administration for clinical environments. Additionally, the qualified applicant also has programming experience in Python or JavaScript / NodeJs and is skilled in networking, Windows and Linux server administration, and working with and troubleshooting APIs.
