We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deli Manager for one of our Donybrook Fair Malahide store. Please don't apply for this role if you are not able or legally allowed to work full time, 40+ hours per week. Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall day to day Deli and Bakery operations
• Supervising & directing colleagues
• Food preparation & ordering
• Waste management within the department
• Providing excellent customer service and assistance in all areas of the fresh food counters
• Deal with customer quesries and customer complaints within the department
• Working as part of a team but also being a good leader to the team
• Be knowledgeable and comply with all legislation in relation to Food, Health and Safety and Underage sales.
• Ensuring excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Weekly department roster & colleague holiday management
