Purpose of the position

The welcoming Le Verger residence is currently looking for an Evening Beneficiary Attendant in Saint-Jérôme. We welcome autonomous and semi-autonomous residents. Join our team now as a Beneficiary Attendant. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Assist and / or accompany residents in getting around
• While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
• Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
• Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics
• In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
• Answering call bells
• Respond to all emergency situations
• Delivering messages to the nursing staff
