PMA COORDINATOR

We are hiring a Preventive Maintenance Account (PMA) Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with PMA Managers in each assigned office to support the administrative responsibilities involved with agreement renewals. Responsibilities

• The PMA Coordinator may be required to travel to all assigned branches within the assigned territory
• Generate renewal reporting from ERP system ahead of the PMA expiration date for all lines of business in the assigned region
• Run profitability reports by customer / agreement and recommend proposed pricing based on target gross margin budget / expectations
• Distribute renewal letters / agreements to the end customer in DocuSign, follow up and upload signed agreements into Vista
• Activate the PMA agreement once the agreement is fully executed
• Update customer information in Vista (i.e. service rates, customer contact information, mobilization charges, agreement notes, scope labour estimates, customer email addresses, etc.)
• Other related duties as assigned
