Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for clients.
- Assist with account maintenance, updating client info, processing requests, executing transactions.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, prepare documentation and reports.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person.
- Manage the advisor’s calendar and schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming correspondence, prioritize, and distribute.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare client reports, statements, and presentations.
- Ensure documentation is properly filled out, signed, and filed.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and work with compliance.
- Assist in preparing for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Process account openings, transfers, and updates.
- Handle submission of trade orders under direction of investment advisor.
- Monitor account activities and ensure timely execution.
- Assist the advisor in developing financial plans, portfolio reviews, and investment proposals.
- Gather and organize financial data and research.
- Support in preparing investment reports and analysis for clients.
What You’ll Need to Succeed :
