The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for a Principal at Greentree Elementary Sc hool in Drumheller AB effective the start of the 202 6 / 202 7 school year .

Greentree School is a Kindergarten to Grade 6 school with approximately 325 students. They are a Learning Community engaging their students and staff in the SEEDS for life.

Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications :

• Masters Degree in Education
• Proven success and experience as a school administrator
• An understanding of key initiatives in education including site-based leadership
• Skilled in inclusive education practices
• Positive interpersonal relations with staff parents and community members
• Evidence of ability to work effectively within a collaborative decision-making environment and to promote a positive learning culture
• Skilled in guiding innovation in educational programs / practices
