The Role

The successful candidate will work from the St. Johns office. Under the guidance of a Project Manager the successful candidate will work with project teams to manage the construction activities on large commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and contract administration of large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Reviewing and processing shop drawings and samples
• Obtaining building permits
• Recording reviewing and distributing meeting minutes
• Maintaining drawing logs
• Tracking and coordinating requests for information and site instructions
• Assembling close-out documents
• Maintaining detailed accurate project documents
• Preparing monthly progress reports
