Product Marketing Coordinator

Are you an out of the box thinker, not afraid to ask questions and eager to learn? Great, you'll fit right in - we're looking for a creative self-starter to join our Product Marketing team! You'll be supporting multiple sales channels by ensuring that Sales Representatives are provided with appropriate training and communication tools to effectively understand and sell our print production products.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support product sales and launches by creating product launch materials, promotional materials, initiating product training, developing sales support tools and making pricing recommendations.
• Design, develop, deliver and maintain high impact communication pieces such as presentations and marketing tools, French Kits, and web based marketing tools.
• Develop product communications for Sales Team including press releases and discontinuation announcements.
• Maintain price books for multiple sales channels for multiple product lines.
• Under supervision, develop the semi-annual scanner marketing plans by recommending tactics and work directly with Canon Electronics to obtain support for Canadian marketing activities.
• Liaise with Canon USA to gather product information and maintain a high degree of updated knowledge on products.

What We're Looking For:

• College Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or Graphic Communications is required.
• 1-3 years of related work experience is required.
• Ability to present promotional strategies and to make pricing recommendations based on the market and product margins.
• Project and process management skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Equipment operation skills to operate scanners and product line equipment.
• Good computer and technical skills with a focus on Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
