Description :

The Clerk IV provides complex clerical support. The Clerk IV performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 41 Collective Agreement.

Required セ Qualifications :

One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications :

Minimum two years directly related clerical work experience in a hospital setting required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. The Clerk IV is the first point of contact and provides departmental reception to patients, visitors, and staff and requires excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Flexibility in work schedule required.

Preferred Qualifications :

The ability to prioritize and multitask the various demands of the job preferred. Experience with computers and various programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Connect Care, Netcare, Oracle, Markview and eFacilities are some of the programs utilized within the role. Familiarity with Skype, Zoon and Teams is an asset.
