House Oeconomicae (Houseoe.ca) is a boutique economic consulting firm serving the regulated professions for the past 30 years. We provide our clients with economic data, modelling, analysis and insights, with a focus on health economics. We are looking for a detailed-oriented and conscientious Survey Coordinator to join our team.

We are a friendly and dynamic group working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will either be a recent college or university graduate ready to learn the ropes or have a track record as an office administrator or experience with survey coordination, data analysis, computing or statistics, and relish being part of a small team where every member counts. We offer a competitive salary, health and dental plan, and a generous holiday package. This is an in-office position based in a beautiful rural setting in Caledon, Ontario.

Survey Coordinator Responsibilities Include :

  • Assist with building out economic surveys
  • Coordinating the intake of surveys and responding to survey respondents
  • Responsibility to key in data from economic surveys and spreadsheets
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Document management

Administrator Responsibilities Include :

  • Printing and coordinating large print runs / digital survey packages
  • Responding to client requests
  • Proofreading and researching data for reports
  • General office management
  • Document management
  • Requirements :

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, residing within a short commute to our office in Caledon ON
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required, and experience with Excel / spreadsheets
  • Great time management and ability to be self-motivated
  • Works well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Collegial and all about a positive team dynamic
  • Experience with accounting software while not required is considered an asset
  • Experience with coding or advanced Excel knowledge considered an asset
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary Range ($52-58,000 depending on experience)
