Robert Half is looking for a PowerBI Developer to join our client! The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Data Analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design, as well as developing analysis and reporting capabilities.

You will also identify improvements to quality control plans by monitoring performance.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Support project plans around reporting and analytics tools, information dashboards, data visualizations, data modeling and other end-user information portals or resources.
• Support teams providing technology-based data reporting tools and management for business segments or the company at large.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for business-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, datasets, canned reports, and other end-user information portals.
• Design and execute performance tests under supervision.
• Collect business and functional specifications and capture requirements from different client business partners.

Job Requirements :

• Familiarity with business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
• Minimum of 5 years experience experience with PowerBI
• Other data repositories such as SQL for contact centre side of business understand where the data is, how to extract
• Detail oriented with a tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
• Skilled in creating pivot tables, graphs, and charts using data tools
• Skilled in time management and prioritization to meet project deadlines
• Superb critical thinking skills to make decisions and solve business problems
• One to three years of experience as a financial or business analyst
• Must be able to effectively relate data to coworkers using verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs
• Strong analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
