The Hotels team, including HotelTonight, is a fast-growing and dynamic group leading the client's expansion into the hotel sector. Operating with an entrepreneurial mindset, the team combines simplicity, product excellence, and a guest-centered approach to deliver an intuitive hotel booking experience. The mission is to help hotels effortlessly drive incremental bookings while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience. As an Account Executive, candidates will play a key role in identifying and converting leads into sales opportunities, managing the full sales funnel, and expanding the hotel category's market presence. Candidates will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, build strong relationships with hotel partners, and ensure the best inventory and deals are available for guests.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed KPIs by owning the performance and success of the assigned region.
- Prospect new potential hotels through external research, networking, and internal tools.
- Communicate the client and HotelTonight's value proposition effectively to new partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Qualify and move leads through the sales funnel efficiently to achieve quarterly targets.
- Identify and launch new markets, including lead generation and cross-functional coordination.
- Support hotel onboarding processes from initial sales opportunities to completion.
- Implement scalable strategies that drive measurable business impact across hotel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel and serviced apartment partners.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the platforms and effectively pitch their value to partners.
Requirements
6+ years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech startup environment focused on sales and / or account management.Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.Proven ability to establish and maintain strong partner relationships.Ability to balance daily operational tasks with long-term strategic goals.Fast learner with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative, even in challenging situations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
