Rogers Customer Service Sales Representative will : Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable support.

Assist customers with billing inquiries, service changes, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure a seamless experience.

Listen actively to customer needs and recommend Rogers’ telecommunications solutions, including wireless, internet, TV, and home phone services.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Educate customers on new products, promotions, and features to help them get the most out of their services.

Process service activations, upgrades, and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance.

Successful candidate is someone who has : A passion for customer service and helping people find the right solutions.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a positive, empathetic approach.

Ability to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and de-escalate concerns professionally.

Experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is an asset but not required.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with the ability to multitask.
