About the Job

• Project oversight : Take immediate ownership of the development timeline of our newest product, a multi-million dollar project expected to take 2 years, ensuring a successful launch.
• Multi-product management : Once the initial project is well underway, oversee the simultaneous development of multiple products in parallel, managing competing priorities and ensuring all projects align with company goals.
• Budgeting and costing : Accurately estimate financial and resource requirements for multiple projects, track expenditures, and provide regular budget updates to leadership.
• Risk management : Identify potential challenges or risks that could derail projects and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity.
• Team coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, product, and operations, to streamline execution and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder management : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed with transparent communication and addressing concerns promptly.
• Quality assurance : Work closely with the team to maintain high standards, ensuring all products align with technical specifications, timelines, and market demands.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is CAD $75,000-$90,000. Final compensation will be based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. This range reflects base pay only and does not include bonus eligibility or benefits.
