The Opportunity :

We’re looking to fill an opening for a Lead Software Engineer .Net to join our Information Technology team.

Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager, the Lead Software Engineer .Net plays a key role in shaping the technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and engineering best practices. This role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, guiding a squad of engineers through the full software development lifecycle. The Lead Software Engineer .Net collaborates closely with product leaders, architects, principals, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support organizational goals. In addition to active coding and design contributions, the role involves mentoring team members, resolving complex technical challenges, and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Note : This role is for full stack engineers, with primary experience in .NET technologies. Secondary experience in Angular or React.

Salary

This position is posted with an expected salary range of $120,000 - $135,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
