Responsibilities

Create Digital Solutions : Design and develop digital solutions with a focus on end-user experience and accessibility best practices.

Lead Creative Initiatives : Research and present campaign concepts to stakeholders that can be adapted across various digital platforms.

Produce Multimedia Content : Develop and execute video projects from start to finish, including storyboarding, production, animation, and post-production.

Optimize Campaigns : Design and build wireframes, HTML email campaigns, and web landing pages, ensuring they are user-friendly and align with campaign goals.

Innovate and Collaborate : Continuously identify opportunities to add value, share new ideas with the design team, and participate in brainstorming sessions with marketing and business partners.

Manage Projects : Oversee design deliverables from concept to completion, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.

Leverage Technology : Utilize approved AI tools to improve design efficiency and optimize marketing tactics.

Maintain Brand Standards : Ensure all design work is consistent and technically accurate, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of branding.

Qualifications

Design Expertise : A strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. You should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat) and have experience with Microsoft tools.

Technical Skills : Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Experience with video storyboarding and production, as well as building responsive landing pages and HTML emails.

Proven Experience : A post-secondary degree or diploma in graphic or web design, along with three or more years of experience in a digital graphic design role.

Communication : A clear and confident communicator who can articulate the "why" behind your design choices.

Growth Mindset : A willingness to learn new programs and technologies and a proactive approach to improving processes and workflows.

Bonus Points for :

Bilingual (French & English)

Marketing or creative agency experience

UX / UI experience

Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry
