Our Shaw Brick division is seeking a Business Development Representative Landscape - NB & PEI (Bilingual). The successful candidate will be passionate about hardscape solutions with a consultative approach to sales. The Business Development Representative Landscape - NB & PEI will take initiative and ownership in building and maintaining relationships with designers contractors and project owners.

Key Responsibilities & Priorities :

Develop relationships with designers contractors and project owners throughout NB & PEI.

Identify clients needs wants and wishes and provide accurate estimates or proposals for relevant hardscape products.

Call on a variety of construction professionals and specifiers to develop and manage commercial paver and retaining wall opportunities through to completion.

Review architectural specifications and construction drawings to determine project solutions.

Collaborate across Shaw divisions and retail stores to provide customers a positive experience from start to finish.

Provide insights and feedback to the production team from the market on new trends product development and potential product enhancements.

Conduct site visits to provide consultations meet with installers and take photos of successful projects

Provide technical support to landscape architects and contractors for ongoing projects.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Highly organized ability to multitask and customer service oriented.

Experience calling on architects engineers developers contractors is an asset.

Experience working within landscape or related industry will be preferred.

3-5 years of experience in a technical role preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.

Bachelors degree or diploma in civil engineering landscape architecture or a related field.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.

Strong understanding of architectural specifications and drawings.

Proficiency in CAD software Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technical software.

Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Bilingual preferred
