Responsibilities :

• Maintain patient confidentiality, update medication profiles, and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
• Lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, including hiring, motivating, scheduling, and performance management.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and generate reports on pharmacy operations.
• Process prescriptions and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Handle customer complaints and provide medication information regarding administration, side effects, and storage.
• Dispose of medications legally and ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Utilize pharmacy computer systems and equipment responsibly to protect company assets.
• Manage workflow of pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations.

The pay range for this position is $57.60 - $77.40 / hr, based on experience.
