Position Title : Lead, Business Analytics & Insights

Join our Regulatory Affairs Team as Project Leader and you’ll be responsible for the Regulatory Affairs (RA) project management of development and marketed products.

Main responsibilities :

Responsible for supporting the organization’s performance tracking and management system using and integrating multiple data sources.

Manage the environmental / market assessment process; work with Global Business Operations / Competitive Intelligence.

Lead franchises / TAs interpretation and analysis of key business indicators to identify and communicate trends, and issues

Develop relationships with internal key contacts (other affiliates, Region, Global, and other GBUs) in order to share best practice; take part in cross-functional transformation programmes; obtain acceptance of and approval of Canadian projects; and influence global Sanofi Genzyme business operations strategy.

About you

BA / BS in Business or Finance or relevant area

Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, etc) highly preferred

Five or more years of progressive biotech / pharmaceutical industry experience involving sales, marketing, business operations, and / or analytics.

Leading others through business area management
