Job Overview

Join an established manufacturer of PVC and millwork products located in Oakville, ON. The facility produces exterior railings, columns, siding, trims, brackets, and other custom components used in residential construction.

Location: Oakville, ON

Wage: $20-$26 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and colour-matching ability.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

This role involves working in a spray booth to paint and seal materials such as PVC, wood, metal, and cement. Candidates must have previous industrial spray-painting experience and be comfortable performing both spray and hand painting. Strong colour-matching skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and finished goods for painting.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using spray guns, rollers, and hand-painting tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment (cleaning, lubrication, etc.).
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals and reference to MSDS guidelines.

Physical Requirements

Please note you will need to be comfortable standing for extended periods of time, and comfortable moving, lifting, and carrying product that could be up to 50lbs. Attention to detail, strong organization skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment are needed.
