Qualifications

• Must have excellent consultative sales, negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing skills (3+ years consultative selling experience highly preferred and history of proven sales success in B2C).
• Meet or exceed sales goals (monthly budgets and sales drivers), close sales and finalize all details related to the transaction.
• Well-spoken with a genuinely caring and compassionate personality who can create enthusiasm for our new HairClub clients.
• While already operating at a high level, ability to understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant development & growth.
• Bilingual (French / English) a plus but not a requirement.
