Project Document Control Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Project Document Control Coordinator for our Winnipeg office location, to join our collaborative and team focused organization.

As our Project Document Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a document control system to ensure processes and internal procedures are complied with and meet regulatory requirements.

Position Overview

• Manage and control drawing office documentation and filing.
• Receive, track and file all incoming and outgoing project drawings, documentation and packages.
• Ensure that the correct revisions of the drawings and documentation are received and transmitted and that appropriate file structures are established and maintained throughout the duration of a project.
• Issue drawings to the field, client, and vendors on a timely basis.
• Print and plot sets of construction drawings, specifications, proposals, contracts, and other materials, ensuring they are appropriately bound and organized.
• Prepare documents including presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, and reports.
• Provide technical support on submitting documentation through cloud‑based storage system to third‑party vendors and consultants.

Qualifications Needed

• Experience working in a client‑focused organization.
• Administration or documentation experience in a project‑driven organization.
• High attention to detail and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
