Extensive knowledge and experience with project management methodologies Experience with strategic planning Experience leading and managing a project team within a provincial government setting Understanding of provincial government processes policies and procedures Strong understanding of information technology cyber security and its strategic application to business Strong facilitation and negotiation skills Strong analysis and problem resolution skills Strong leadership organization and time management and decision making skills Strong interpersonal listening and conflict resolution skills Strong communication skills; oral written and presentation
