As organizations accelerate their data and analytics modernization, CGI is expanding its Data & AI consulting practice. We are seeking a Data Architecture Consultant with deep expertise in Lakehouse architecture, data modeling, governance, and regulatory reporting, ideally with experience in highly regulated industries such as Energy, Utilities, Financial Services or Government.
Join our team and help design and implement enterprise-scale analytics platforms that enable trusted insights, advanced analytics, and regulatory compliance.
Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise Lakehouse platforms built on Databricks. You will define and govern Bronze, Silver, and Gold data zones, establish metadata and data quality standards, and design Unity Catalog structures that enable secure, scalable analytics and regulatory reporting.
You will work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineering Consultants, Data Scientists, Cloud Architecture Consultants, and Business Stakeholders to ensure data platforms are well-governed, performant, auditable, and aligned to business and regulatory requirements.

"CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 - $185,000."
