Purpose :

We’re seeking an “Assistant Manager” to support the Manager of Ecosystem Capacity and Campus Onboarding in the sustaining of the Centralized Operations model at all Campuses, Downtown ScotiaPlaza, SBN, Eglinton Campus in Scarborough. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring occupancy levels, coordinating relocations / moves and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Foster a customer-centric culture, deepening client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Provides timely updates on population changes to Community Leads, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist in managing records, maintaining resource guides and provide orientation to Community Leads as required.
  • Collaborate with people managers to ensure the team have completed their responsibilities in managing the population data.
  • Support managing and resolving, request, concerns, issues, and complaints escalated by the Community Leads related to populations data, relocations and onboarding / offboarding across the Campuses.
  • Assist in executing tasks required for relocation / onboarding or offboarding of team across multiple buildings and Ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners and support teams regarding move related activities.
  • Coordinate communication and logistics with stakeholders, business partners and support teams.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have :

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and work in fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in Excel, data management
  • Knowledge of Bank HR policies, practices, and legal requirements
  • Ability to work in a standard office-based environment with intermittent periods of walking, sitting, or standing.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Work in standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
  • The position in primarily non-physical with intermittent period of walking, sitting, or standing.
  • Intermittent periods of concentration are required while working on computers and verifying the accuracy of documents / reports.
  • Incumbent is required to move throughout the locations and campuses downtown and in Scarborough as citizens are located across multiple locations across the GTA. There can be stress resulting from tight deadlines and critical service obligations and requirements.
