In this role, you’ll test and validate hardware / software for real-world applications, collaborate with talented designers to solve complex functionality challenges, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to push the boundaries of quality assurance. You’ll write reusable automation code, manage QA test suites, and ensure releases meet the highest customer standards. Responsibilities :

• Test and validate hardware / software to ensure functionality for specific applications.
• Collaborate with R&D Designers to solve problems in relation to product functionality.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of test documentation.
• Using latest AI Agent to test audio and video broadcast equipment.
• Able to write reusable Testing Code for Test Automation.
• Prepare and monitor the QA test suite.
• QA test releases from development to meet customer standards and specifications
• Interact with development to test bug fixes
• Perform overall quality control of QA work (Peer reviews).
• Work with test automation engineers to build our automation suite
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers
• Write reports and bug tickets to a high standard
• Other tasks as needed by the Markham R&D Team

Location : Burlington, Ontario

Hours : Monday - Friday, 40 hours.

Salary Range : $60K CAD - $80K CAD, based on experience.
