You are :

Excel at connecting real world evidence and science to everyday patient well-being and outcomes through case-based discussions.

Experienced in managing change at a hospital / regional level by working through multidisciplinary decision makers across the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia.

Someone with a great attitude who has a positive mind set to learn and grow.

An intuitive individual who anticipates and acts, instead of awaiting directions to respond.

Dynamic in how you plan work, delivering results with a high degree of attention to detail.

Resourceful and exhibit sound judgment with an ability to set priorities and make decisions.

Experienced in working with senior executives internally and decision makers externally.

The work :

We want your expertise to help bring this evidence into routine clinical practice in major Western Canada hospitals. You will act as a trusted partner to key institutions across Alberta and British Columbia, facilitating evidence-based change, creating an empowered and cohesive care team that understands the safe and appropriate use our products and services.

What you will be doing :

Develop and execute a mutually agreed, individualized clinic / health regional level plan to implement evidence-based hospital protocols and or treatment algorithms.

Facilitate frequent, high quality, peer to peer virtual and in-person meetings based on identified learning needs.

Improve customer experience across multiple touch points, including our Home Care program to ensure patient loyalty and retention.

Develop regional brand advocates and thought leaders through peer-to-peer influence.

Foster credible relations with provincial transfusion bodies, HCP / patient associations and Canadian Blood Services.

Track monthly business performance metrics and adjust planning to bridge any gaps.

Invest in continuous learning to stay current with scientific literature and competitor activities.

You’ll need :

Life Sciences education. B.Sc. Nursing, Pharmacy or health care training preferred.

3-5 years of evidence-based, medical key account management experience

Experience in the Hematology, Immunology or Critical care therapeutic areas

Experience in virtual customer engagement and management

Skilled in leading hospital negotiations and customer onboarding

Good phone / email manners and impeccable presentation skills.
